In this era of rapid automation, burgeoning AI technologies, and pervasive uncertainty it's time to embrace a purpose-driven approach to aging.  Purpose-Driven Aging is an educational approach that’s all about navigating the evolving landscape of life with resilience and engagement. Kathy hosts a local TV program that addresses all things aging across 10 aging domains that include: health, insurance, finance, housing, care services (to choose and to avoid), protecting health and cognition among others. Experiencing Higher Consciousness: An Awakening, Clear Passage through Life's  Storms (2022); insights steering older people into an inner journey of awareness. The Second book in the series A Shift to Higher Consciousness While Living in a Material World will be published later in 2025.

Alongside her corporate endeavors, she delved into entrepreneurship and honed her skills as a writer. With a diverse background that includes degrees in writing, nursing, and a master's in communications, Kathy brings a valuable perspective that blends clinical expertise, corporate leadership and various communication abilities. For twenty years, she successfully ran a Geriatric Care Management and Consulting practice, using her talents to make a meaningful impact in the field. Kathy has also worked as a journalist, RN clinician, corporate executive, entrepreneur, small business owner, and producer, showcasing her multifaceted capabilities.

Throughout her career, Kathy traveled across the nation, spearheading national programs and products. She has translated her experiences into compelling publications, ebooks and engaging videos, sharing her wealth of knowledge through a vibrant online platform.
